Mobile Home Utility Hookups

The new owners of a mobile home can't move in until the utilities are connected.  This becomes an issue because so many trades and inspections are involved. 

The backhoe guy can dig the hole for the septic tank and excavate for the water, gas and electrical lines.  All those have to be installed and inspected before they can be covered.  Some things can be put into the same hole, some have to have their own trench. 

I have met one guy who would gurantee to have the work completed in 30 days or less.  He could do it because he had his own crews doing all the work and he had a lot of experience pulling permits.  With the changes in regulations and requirements for more inspections I doubt it would still be possible.
